Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradingMind ("Service"), a service of Goviral Project LLC ("we", "us"). By subscribing, starting a free trial, or joining our Discord community, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service Is
TradingMind is a subscription-based educational and informational service. A quantitative engine analyzes NQ (Nasdaq-100 E-mini futures) market data during the New York session and publishes scored trade setups ("signals") — including reference levels such as entry, stop loss and targets — to private channels on our Discord server, together with journals and statistics. Signals are published for educational purposes only. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary, and we do not execute trades for you or handle your funds.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access trading-related content in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you, including the rules of your broker or prop firm.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing
- Subscriptions are sold and billed through Whop; payments are processed by Whop and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- The monthly plan includes a 15-day free trial. A valid card is required to start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the card on file is charged automatically and the subscription renews monthly. Cancel any time before day 15 and you pay nothing.
- You may cancel at any time from your Whop account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time payment granting access for the life of the Service. Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing in the Service — signals, scores, levels, journals, statistics, or community discussion — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Signals reflect the output of an automated model, not personalized advice. All trading decisions, position sizes, and risk are yours alone. See our Risk Disclosure.
5. Performance & Simulated Results
Published statistics and results are measured in simulation (paper trading) using real market prices, unless expressly stated otherwise. Simulated results have inherent limitations and past performance does not guarantee future results. See the Risk Disclosure for the full disclaimer.
6. Acceptable Use — Signal Confidentiality
- Signals and premium content are for your personal use only. Reposting, forwarding, screensharing, reselling, or otherwise redistributing signals or premium content outside your own account — in whole or in part, in real time or delayed — is strictly prohibited.
- No account sharing. One subscription = one person.
- No scraping, bots, or automated bulk access to our Discord channels or website without written consent.
- No use of the Service to violate market regulations, broker/prop-firm rules, or any applicable law.
Automated execution in your own account. Some members route signals into their own brokerage account automatically, with their own script or a third-party service. That is permitted for your personal use and is your decision and your risk alone — it does not waive the redistribution ban above. We do not build, provide, endorse, support, or troubleshoot any automated setup, and we are not liable for what one does: missed or duplicated orders, incorrect sizing, latency, or a tool that misreads a message. Signals are written to be executed by a person — they give a zone rather than a single price, and management updates assume someone is deciding. Published results are the engine's own record and do not represent what an automated account would have produced.
7. Discord
The Service is delivered primarily through Discord, whose own terms also apply to you. Premium access is granted via roles linked to your Whop subscription and is removed when your subscription ends or is cancelled. We may moderate, restrict, or remove any content or member to protect the community.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service — including signals, scoring methodology, software, branding, and content — is our property or licensed to us. Subscribing grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own education. No other rights are granted.
9. Availability — No Guarantee of Delivery
We aim for high availability during market hours but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any signal will be delivered, timely, or actionable. Data feeds, third-party platforms (Discord, Whop, hosting), and the engine itself can fail or be delayed. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms — including any redistribution of signals — without refund. You may cancel at any time as described in Section 3.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on our Discord server or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
