Risk Disclosure

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Read this carefully before using TradingMind or acting on any signal. By subscribing you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted everything below.

1. Futures Trading Is High Risk

Trading futures contracts — including NQ and MNQ — involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Futures are leveraged: small price moves produce large gains or losses relative to your capital, and you can lose more than your initial investment. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

2. Educational Service — Not Advice

TradingMind publishes the output of an automated model for educational and informational purposes only. Signals, scores, entries, stops, targets, journals, and statistics are not investment advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation tailored to you. We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or with any financial regulator, and we operate as an impersonal publisher of information. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

3. You Make Every Decision

Whether to place any trade, at what size, with what risk, on which account — and whether a signal fits your broker's or prop firm's rules — is entirely your decision and your responsibility. Results differ between users due to execution timing, fills, slippage, fees, sizing, and discretion.

4. Simulated / Hypothetical Performance

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all performance figures we publish are measured in simulation (paper trading) using real market prices.

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

5. Past Performance

Past performance — simulated or real — does not guarantee future results. Win rates, point totals, and other statistics change over time and can deteriorate. Markets change; no model works in all conditions.

6. Delivery & Technology Risk

Signals depend on data feeds, third-party platforms (Discord, hosting providers), and automated software, all of which can fail, lag, or produce errors. A signal may arrive late, not at all, or contain incorrect levels. Never rely on the Service as your only risk control — always use your own stops and limits at your broker.

7. Prop Firm & Broker Rules

If you trade evaluation or funded accounts, you are solely responsible for complying with your firm's rules (daily loss limits, consistency rules, permitted hours, automation policies). Following a signal never overrides those rules.
