Signals, scores, entries, stops, targets, journals, and statistics are not investment advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation tailored to you. We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or with any financial regulator, and we operate as an impersonal publisher of information. 3. You Make Every Decision

Whether to place any trade, at what size, with what risk, on which account — and whether a signal fits your broker's or prop firm's rules — is entirely your decision and your responsibility. Results differ between users due to execution timing, fills, slippage, fees, sizing, and discretion.

4. Simulated / Hypothetical Performance

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all performance figures we publish are measured in simulation (paper trading) using real market prices.

A signal may arrive late, not at all, or contain incorrect levels. Never rely on the Service as your only risk control — always use your own stops and limits at your broker.

7. Prop Firm & Broker Rules

If you trade evaluation or funded accounts, you are solely responsible for complying with your firm's rules (daily loss limits, consistency rules, permitted hours, automation policies). Following a signal never overrides those rules.
