This policy explains what data TradingMind ("we", "us"), a service of Goviral Project LLC, collects when you use our website, subscribe through Whop, or join our Discord server — and what we do with it.

1. What We Collect

• Account & purchase data (via Whop): name, email address, and subscription status. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment providers — we never see or store your card details.
• Discord data: your Discord username and ID, used to grant and remove the premium role tied to your subscription, and messages you post on our server.
• Website data: aggregated analytics and campaign-measurement data (page views, country, device type, button clicks and referral source) via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, plus your language preference stored locally in your browser.
• Support communication: emails or Discord messages you send us.

2. How We Use It

• Deliver the service: signal access, premium roles, journals and stats.
• Billing and subscription management through Whop.
• Support and service announcements.
• Abuse prevention — e.g. detecting duplicate accounts created to abuse the free trial, or redistribution of premium content.
• Legal compliance.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors that operate the service: Whop (checkout, billing, subscription management), Discord (community and signal delivery), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Retention

Account and purchase records are kept while your subscription is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Discord messages remain subject to Discord's own retention. You can leave the server at any time.

5. Your Rights

• Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].
• Cancel your subscription at any time from your Whop account.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/EEA, UK, California), you may have additional statutory rights — we honor valid requests under applicable law.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

The website stores your language preference in your browser's local storage. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (including possible remarketing on Meta); these services may set cookies or identifiers. Third-party checkout (Whop) and embedded services may set their own cookies under their policies.

7. Children

The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on our Discord server or by email. The "updated" date above always reflects the current version.
